About Me

A safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported.

You don't have to carry it all alone.

Helping you feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forwards

A compassionate space for healing, growth, and practical support.

Hi, I’m Suné, a wellness counsellor passionate about creating safe, compassionate spaces where people feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

My own journey with anxiety and depression led me to study psychology and pursue counselling, not just as a career, but as a calling to walk alongside others through difficult seasons.

I hold a degree in psychology, completed my counselling training through Humanitas Training Centre, and have spent the past 10 years supporting individuals, teenagers, and families through anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.

My approach is gentle, practical, and skills-based, helping you build insight, confidence, and tools you can use in everyday life.

When I’m not counselling, you’ll probably find me creating, exploring a nature trail, or watching a movie that makes me feel like a princess, Disney music included.

Helping you make sense of what you’re feeling.

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to manage anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, family pressure, or big changes on your own. Counselling gives you a safe space to slow down, feel heard, and understand what you’re carrying.

Why work with me

Choosing a counsellor is deeply personal. You need someone who helps you feel safe, heard, and supported, without judgment or pressure.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and skills-based. I create a space where you can slow down, understand what you’re feeling, and start building tools to cope with life’s challenges in a way that feels realistic for you.

With a background in psychology, counselling training through Humanitas Training Centre, and 10 years of experience supporting individuals, teenagers, and families, I offer gentle guidance through anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.
