What the process looks like

Counselling isn’t a one-size-fits-all. For many people, the process is around 8 to 12 sessions, but it’s completely client-led. We go at your pace

First session: what to expect

In the first session, we usually talk about what brought you here and what’s been going on in your life. From there, we gently set some goals together.

About Me

Hi, I’m Suné!

I’m a passionate wellness counsellor who believes everyone deserves support, healing, and a space to be truly heard. After navigating my own journey with anxiety and depression, I felt deeply drawn to understanding people and creating safe, compassionate spaces where they can be themselves. I hold a degree in psychology, completed my counselling training at Humanitas Training Centre, and have spent the past 10 years supporting individuals, especially teenagers and families, through anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and major life transitions, with a focus on early intervention and practical, skills-based support. When I’m not counselling, you’ll find me creating, exploring nature trails, or watching a movie that makes me feel like a princess (cue the Disney music).
